WINN-DIXIE

Yes! I went to Winn-Dixie again!!! I am loving that P&G promotion with their sales this week.

Okay, here is how I did, hope it gives you some ideas:

#1 Transaction (P&G promotion to get the $10 coupon for more grocery order)

(1) Swiffer Duster Kit 3.99
(1) Swiffer Duster Refill 8.49 (not part of the promotion)
(3) IAMS Dry Cat Food 17.97 or 5.99 each

Total to pay $30.45 (OUCH!!!!, but wait for the coupon part)
(I actually used a prepaid Visa card sent from Rite Aid for a February rebate to pay $15 of this)

Received a $10 coupon on next order ---- went to service desk to redeem these coupons:

(1) $1 off Swiffer kit -1.00
(1) Buy Swiffer kit and get refill FREE -8.49
(3) $2 off (1) Iams Cat Food from S inserts -6.00

Received $15.49 cash back for coupon credit. WOOHOOO!!!

Okay,

#2 Transaction

20 WD canned veggies 10.00 or .50 each
10 WD Chili Beans 6.00 or .60 each
(2) Boxes Hungry Jack Instant Pot. 3.58 or 1.79 each
(1) large can of Hormel Chicken Breast 2.99
(1) 16 oz. WD Mayonaise FREE w/Hormel purchase
(2) small Hormal Chicken Breast cans 2.50 or 1.25 each
(1) Bag of Jim Dandy Grits 2.99
(1) Dozen eggs 1.89
(1) Bag of corn chips 1.79
(1) Bread 1.59
(1) pk of Jumbo Drumsticks 5.39

Total to pay $38.72 + tax

This is how I paid:

(1) $10 coupon from #1 transaction -10.00
(1) $1 off (2) Hungry Jack clipped coupon -1.00
(1) $1.50 off (3) Hormel from S inserts -1.50
Used the $15.49 back from #1 transaction -15.49

Total to pay out of pocket $10.73

This is perfect example of how to use store promotions/rebates with coupons to get more for your money.

TOTAL OUT OF POCKET IS $41.18 (but remember, I paid $15 of that with my prepaid Visa rebate from Rite Aid so that was money I had already spent on other items. So I actually spent $26.18 NEW money, I guess you would call it, on the entire list above.)

I like this trip!!!!!

Let me know about your shopping trips!!

Keep it simple, Ginger
